The Zhora Chair for OLDER Paris - Milano

The Zhora Chair is a sculptural seating project developed for OLDER Paris–Milano, exploring the intersection between furniture design, world-building, and surface experimentation. The project investigates how seating objects can become atmospheric and emotionally expressive forms rather than purely functional structures.

Inspired by futuristic environments, cinematic landscapes, and industrial materials, the chair combines sculptural composition with an original surface pattern developed by me for the plastic seat shell, alongside the chair structure created by Alexander Vinther. Through experimentation with texture, pattern, and form, the project transforms the chair into a narrative object that exists between design, sculpture, and immersive environment.
